Procedure for Admission in Class XI



Fill up a registration form - available from the SRI GURU NANAK PUBLIC SCHOOL Office & Site also.

Return this form duly filled, to the Admissions Department on or before the due date along with attested photocopy of X class mark sheet of the Board Examination. In case a candidate does not receive his X class mark sheet from the Board due to any reason, he/she may submit a provisional mark sheet obtained from his/her school along with the form. Those who will fail to submit the registration form completed along with the Board marks by the due date will not be considered for admission. Based upon the marks obtained in class X Board Examination, a list of finally selected candidates will be brought out for the admission to class XI.

Documents Required for Admission:

  • Attested photocopy of the mark sheet from the Board/School.
  • Attested photocopy of passing & migration certificates from Board in for students admitted from other boards.
  • 2 passport size photographs of the student.
  • Attested photocopy of the Certificate of School-Based Evaluation in respect of students admitted in class XI coming from schools affiliated to CBSE.
  • School Leaving Certificate, duly signed by the concerned District Education Officer.
  • Character Certificate from the school last attended



    • Complete all entries in Capital Letters (BLOCK LETTERS) only.
    Application Fees are non-refundable / non-transferable

    Selected candidates may complete all the admission formalities and deposit the fee at the school / given time failing which, he/she will have no claim for the admission later on. In case some of the selected candidates do not take admission, a second list will be brought out.

    Admission Form fee is Rs. 400/- ( Four Hundred only )

    NOTE : Admission Form will be taken at the time of submission of the form at school office.

    School Office is open on all working Days. (8:30 a.m - 11:30 a.m)
