    NOTE :

  •  Non-Sikh students should have short hair cut.(Any student with long hair cut will be punished..)

    4. TRANSFER CERTIFICATE

  •  ** For obtaining a Transfer Certificate a student's fee must be paid in full to date.
  •  ** 15 day notice must be given to obtain a Transfer Certificatefees paid in lieu thereof.
    (The Transfer Certificate will be ready for delivery within two working days, the receipt of the application, subject to fulfilling all requirements.)
  •  ** T.C Form will be made available at Rs. 200/- payment with request letter from parent.

    5. WITHDRAWAL

    1. For obtaining a Transfer Certificate a student's fee must be paid upto date.
    2. 15 day notice must be given to obtain a T.C or Fees paid in lieu thereof.
    3. Caution money will be refunded only on producing the original Security Deposit Receipt.
    4. Security Deposit must be claimed within 3 months from the date of Withdrawl of the child from school otherwise it will be forfeited.
    5. In case the student is withdrawn from the school only the security deposit will be refunded at the time student leave the school.
    6. The School authorities have the right to ask a pupil to be withdrawn on the following grounds :-
      1. Irregular Attendance
      2. Late payments or non payment of fees
      3. Pupil whose conduct is injurious to the moral tone of the School or incompatible to discipline

    6. EXAMINATION / PROMOTION

    1. PERIODIC ASSESSMENT

  •   Periodic Assessment include two assessments conducted in the first half and the second half of the year.

  •   Date of Periodic Assessments will be announced by the school and mode of assessment will be :
    • Written Test - 10 marks
    • Note Book Submission - 05 marks
    • Subject Enrichment - 05 marks
    2. TERM EXAMINATION

  •   Half-Yearly Examination - 80 Marks
  •   Annual Examination - 80 Marks

    3. SCHEME OF GRADING

  •   CBSE, IN CONSULTATION WITH THE Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India has decided to introduce
           nine point grading system (IX-X and VI-VIII)
  •   In this system, subjects performance is assessed using conventional numerical in marking mode and the same is converted into GRADES on the basis of
           pre-determined marks ranges as detailed given :

  •  PTM : After every Formative and Summative Assessment Parents' Meeting is essential part of CurriculumWhere 100% attendance of Parents are ensured, Otherwise also PTM's of minor Nature do take place for better Communication and look into child related problems and solutions.

  •  COUNSELLING : Each Child is given 20 counselling in a year individually.

    7. SCHOLARSHIPS / CERTIFICATE

    Scholarship / Certificate is being awarded to Meritorious and exclusive students of our school every year for their outstanding erformance in the Examination.
    Special Award to encourage the students for 100% attendance throughout year.

  •  Admission Procedure : Along with Admission Form all required documents i.i is T.C, Marksheet and Character Certificate.
  •  Fee Concession : Only Tution Fee rest has to be paid.

    8. DISCIPLINE - STUDENTS
    • Stricking off the Name from the Rolls of the School.
      1. Defaulters fail to pay fees and fine within one month after the expiry of the due date, the Principal will send a written letter warning to the parents.
      2. If fees plus fine are not paid for three consecutive months, the child name will be struck off from the school rolls.
    • Form of Disciplinary Measures
      Discipline Measures which may be adopted by the School for students who have attended age of Fourteen Years (14) :-
      1. Fine
        1. Late Attendance
        2. Adsence from class without proper application from the parents or guardian
        3. Willful damage of School Property. School will charge double cost.
        4. Delay in payment of school fees and dues.
      2. Rustication
        If student is rusticated,he/she will not be re-admitted to the school till expriry of the period.
      3. Expulsion Fine
        Students Expelled from the school will not be re-admitted. Cases of students expelld from other schools will be referred to the Managing Committee.
    • Corporal Punishment
      Corporal Punishment is banned in School.
