Procedure for Class I - IX
SGNPS Ramgarh is a composite school with classes running from I to XII. Admissions are open for class I - IX in the month of April and June every year.
No admissions are granted in classes X & XII.
- Admissions from classes I to IX are open.
- In case vacancy(s) generate(s) in these classes due to withdrawal, it will be notified accordingly. However it may be noted that preference will be given to the
children of Central Government employees on transfer.
- Admission enquiries will be entertained in the first week of April only.
- Issue/Receipt of forms and Registration of candidature as per the notified vacancy(s) in the respective classes shall be initiated accordingly.
- I & II Class Students will get Direct Admission..
- Admission Test of the registered candidate(s) shall be conducted in the following subjects:
Class III - V : English, Hindi, Mathematics
Class VI - IX : English, Mathematics, Science

Admission Form fee is Rs. 300/- ( Three Hundred only )
NOTE : Admission Form will be taken at the time of submission of the form at school office.
After passing the test the candidate will have to face an interview with the Principal and the faculty.
